1. Welcome to TRYVA

TRYVA is a product of SC Penn Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRYVA website, applications, login system, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using TRYVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What TRYVA does

TRYVA provides a size-translation login system that connects shoppers and merchants. Shoppers save their sizes once and see product matches tailored to their measurements across participating brands. Merchants use TRYVA to help customers find the right size faster and reduce fit-related returns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TRYVA. If you are using TRYVA on behalf of a business or merchant, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. The size and profile information you provide is used to generate fit guidance and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we only use it to operate and improve the Services.

5. Merchant obligations

Merchants integrating TRYVA into their storefronts agree to display fit guidance accurately, honor TRYVA-generated size recommendations as decision-support data, and not misrepresent the Services to customers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to access systems or data without authorization, using TRYVA to send spam, or interfering with the operation of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Fees and payments

TRYVA may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at signup or in your merchant dashboard. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by TRYVA are the property of SC Penn Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SC Penn Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TRYVA. Fit guidance is provided as a decision-support tool and does not guarantee product fit.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TRYVA after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
